Friday, everyone is home.... all stores are closed! Easter weekend, we found one supermarket open.... lets buy mussels.... we did! My first time making mussels, it was gooooood!

Chocolate Chip Buttermilk Pancakes Heaven

On the weekend we have made some pancakes... I'm always trying to make healthy pancakes with whole wheat flour and only egg whites... unfortunately nothing could be compared to a real heavenly taste of the buttermilk pancake with some chocolate or blueberries in it.
